Who here considers taking a drive from San Diego to LA to sell some snakes makes for a good first date? Well, I didn’t think so until hearing about how Phong took Michelle to sell some baby snakes on their first date. I guess you’ve found a keeper if snakes won’t even drive the girl away!
The two married this past Saturday at The Villa in Westminster. To think that Phong had almost given up on love only to find that a few weeks later he meets Michelle at a friend’s party.
Although it was a long day for me, I had an awesome time covering their event. The entire Bridal party were a riot, especially the Bridesmaids. You can see the younger one, Diana, acting up in one of the photographs below.
Wow, I was even surprised with how well this photograph of the wedding gown came out. I already knew that I loved the composition when I took the photograph, but I think the slight-olive tint processing is just the perfect addition for this image.
Hah.. it was surprisingly difficult trying to focus on Phong’s image through the eye-hole. I had to switch to manual since the auto-focusing would not lock. Phong was attempting to bribe his way into the Bride’s home.
Okay, this is my absolute favorite image from the bunch so far. We just finished posing for an image and just as quickly as I lowered my camera that I discovered the image captured below.
One of the guests brought his guitar and dedicated a few songs to the couple.
Well, we all got caught up in the moment and before I knew it a rush of water came and I literally wet my pants. Thank goodness, my camera bag is somewhat water resistant.
