The weather on this 1st day of August could not be more perfect. The family went south to Orange County to visit Sophia’s uncle and decided to take a little dip in the pool. Obviously, Sophia was a little too young for swimming, but she did partake in the festivities in her itsy-bitsy bikini. The bikini was labeled for 6mo-12mo babies, but I guess Sophia is already filling out the curves at 10 weeks old. The pediatrician says Sophia’s weight is normal; she’s just a little chunky. Both her parents were also chunky babies so it runs in the family. If you’re born into the Chan family, you’re pretty much guaranteed to be a chunky baby. All my nieces and nephews all had plently of rolls themselves.

OMG!!! She really does fill out that bathing suit well. I LOVE her little rolls. She looks like such a happy baby you guys. Her smile’s the cutest too! She’s so photogenic. Crazy how your passion is photography and how Sophia’s picture perfect all the time, huh Henry?
