I had a family session for Sophie (great name) and her parents at the local regional park in December. Sophie is a cute girl and the whole family photographs well together. Check a few of the photographs from the session below.

I was up north this weekend covering the Wedding of Jacqueline and Spencer. Going through the security scanners at the airport was a breeze this time – the lines the short because I can only surmise that folks were afraid of flying on the 10th anniversary of 9/11.
The day (09/10/11) was extremely popular for Weddings. We must have bumped into four other Wedding parties at the various venues we photographed at.

A beautiful serenade of Bruno Mars’ “Just the way you are” song.

Wow, my son is now about 4.5 months old. Here are some updated photographs of him from a few days ago.
Mason recently started turning and sleeping on his tummy at night. With the fear of SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) properly drilled into me from Doctors, parenting books and online web resources, you can image that I was cautiously fearful for my son’s well-being. Everytime I check and discover him in this “dangerously compromising” position, I’m torn between letting my boy sleep or taking a chance that flipping him tummy-side up would wake him up and start a bout of endless wailing. He’s been turning back around more often during the day, so my fear of nighttime SIDS have been assuaged somewhat. What do some of you new parents do in my situation?
